Refund & Return Policy
This policy sets the return, exchange, and refund framework for international perfume purchases.

Perfumes must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in original packaging. Opened fragrance products cannot usually be returned for hygiene, safety, and resale reasons unless defective or damaged on arrival.
International return shipping
Customers are responsible for approved return shipping costs, export paperwork, customs fees, and safe packaging unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping charges, import taxes, customs fees, and carrier brokerage fees are not refundable unless required by law.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact hsynkaratas9191@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with order number, photos of the parcel, and photos of the product so we can review replacement or refund options.
